SERVICE ADVISOR

l. Greet Customers in a friendly and prompt manner
2. Obtain customer and vehicle information
3. Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
4. Return missed phone calls, emails, etc. within 10 minutes
5. Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
6. Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
7. Establish a follow up time
8. Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
9. Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the work order
10. Explain all completed work and charges to customer

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have a valid California Driver's License
2. Have a passion for Customer Service
3. Excellent appearance and good verbal communication skills
4. Willing to submit to background check
5. Prior Service Advisor experience a must

DMV Title/Contracts Clerk

Automotive DMV Title/Contracts Clerk
Caruso Ford Lincoln is currently seeking for an Automotive DMV Title/Contracts Clerk. The
ideal candidate will have previous experience in working within a dealership's office team. The
primary responsibility is to review, analyze, and process DMV registration documents and
Used Car Contracts. This position requires extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
Job RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Process DMV vehicle titling and registration process for New, Used, and Wholesale
vehicles.
 Prepare and process DMV title documents in a time sensitive manner to achieve or
exceed title reporting standards.
 Submit legal transfer of documents to DMV on a timely basis
 Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and
timeliness.
 Check for accuracy in the application and complete any missing items.
 Maintain the computer interface between sales, F&I and accounting for error free
transfer of information between departments.
 Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing
 Comply with federal, state, and company policies, and procedures, and regulations.
 Ability to deliver excellent customer service via phone and/or email.
 Ability to prioritize
 Maintain DMV Schedule on an ongoing basis, issue customer refund checks, and
write-off adjustments when necessary.
 Other office duties as assigned by the Business Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
 3 years CA DMV title clerk and dealership accounting experience is highly preferred
 VIN Verification license a plus
 Knowledge of DMVdesk (VITU) processing system a Plus!
 Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
 Excellent follow-through skills

The Desk Sales Manager has the opportunity to lead a sales team and create an exceptional experience for every guest. This role is responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store and driving a high-level of performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that all aspects of the showroom are run smoothly. Tasks include the development of the store schedule, coordination of sales support materials, and acting as the main communication link and between the sales staff and sales support departments.

Actively participate in the recruitment of high-performing individuals by owning the entirety of the recruiting process as a hiring manager.

Create action plan and effectively manage sales managers and sales staff.

Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities. Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales.

Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process.

Develop a creative and successful strategy for every sale.

Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network.

Help manage all other aspects of the sales department Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs.

Work with used car managers on appraisals and lease returns.

Be able to assist with deals in F&I (i.e. calling the finance companies/banks to close deal.

Develop future sales managers and professionals through job growth, training, development and performance.

Provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure employees are maximizing their ability and growth potential.

Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance.

Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture.

Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded. Responsible for profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments.

Manage inventory by following a first in- first out process.

Responsible for developing a productive relationship throughout the various dealership departments - F&I, accounting, pre-owned, service, and parts.

Create annual dealership sales forecasts and set objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.

Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors and customers.
