Called j the service man and told of my issue and he sent 2 guys to pickup my truck .J called later that day and the truck would be done late that day. I told him no worries bring truck the next day and they did. All fixed and I didn’t have to go out the rain OUTSTANDING!!!!

The service manager, Jeramie Jones, was very helpful in resolving my maintenance issue as well as assisting me in my rental car. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, and hope to use his services again if needed. I hope Caruso Ford keeps him as a service manager, or even promote him to a higher position of responsibility.

You do good work….but you are very expensive. The work you did on my Explorer was $200.00 more than the local garage. That’s 20%. Leaves a bad taste. .Zeke was a good guy….did his best to price it……

I have been to Caruso Ford service department for just over a year. They continue to provide exceptional customer service. I noticed that they added additional service advisors. Jermaine was our lead advisor. He demonstrated excellent communication, professionalism and hospitality during my visit. Jeanette, who has helped me in the past, also checked in on my service and was very helpful too.

Arvin Nazarian was my service provider and has been in the past. Arvin is always hands on in keeping me informed on the service of my car no matter how small the service issue may be. In this case I had a blowout on one of my tires, he handled it very well. Arvin's customer service is always outstanding. He has a very good attitude and provides excellent service. He is a credit to your service providers in handling customers issues .

Jeanette in service is amazing and made my entire experience great! She made sure the team could servicee car when was good for me, kept me updated, made sure I have transportation both ways and did it with the pleasant of smile. Taking your car to the shop is usually painful and not fun. This was easy and pleasant because of Jeanette.
Jeanette was my service provider. She listened to my needs and provided excellent service. She got my car's recall completed in under 90 minutes. I was provided transportation from the dealership and back to pick up my car. It was a great service visit.

from what I’ve observed the first time I visited for a recall service was everybody’s relaxed in a good way. everyone I’ve dealt with were very willing to assist.
I have a 2014 Ford Explorer which I had taken in for repairs before. I have also taken my Navigator, and 2008 Explorer for repairs and was very pleased with service. Unfortunately I am sad to report that my last 3 visits with my 2014 Explorer have been very unsatisfactory and I am very disappointed.
I first took it in 6 months ago due to right side shaking when braking. I was first told it was bad tires. Replace full set of tires, still same issue. Took it back and was told it was the Rotors, they replaced them. Few weeks later the same issue. ... Read More

Ms Jeannette J. was a wonderful service advisor. She did all that she could and succeeded to get my repairs done under warranty. She also helped me to get Ford coverage for my car rental by putting me in touch with a corporate agent: Ms Brandie. My car was at Ford waiting for parts for about 8 weeks and unsafe to drive. Ms Jeannette, the Hertz Rep and the other Ford corporation agent, Ms Brsndie helped me so that my only expense was the loss and damage waiver at Hertz and the standard warranty $100. Very good customer care in the Service Department. Needed a battery and accommodated me right away. Finished the job and picked me up from my home when the job was done.
Arvin is great and my experience with him and Caruso has been great. He scheduled a ride home for me and kept me updated on the status of my car.
I took my 2004 Lincoln in for service and Michael Gonzalez in service was very kind and helpful from start to finish. He gave his cell number to me and made it easy to contact and responded back if I had left message. Great guy and very personable. PAT MOHLER

They went out of their way to service my vehicle in a timely manner. They treated me extremely well and made me feel like a valued customer.
My coupon was for $49.95. My bill - $14 labor, $41 parts. This does not add up. Taxes and fees were about $8. This is normal. Total charge was $63. Should have been $58.
The customer service is excellent as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped out and given information and was on my way. I was called and told my car was done in a timely manner I was very pleased.

We drove in without an appointment. Don, the Service Advisor, is very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of our needs. He followed up on phone calls and took care of our issue the same day. My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by the care he exhibited.
Worked with Chris Pratt on the purchase of my vehicle. It was easy and no hassle. I was treated as a customer should be. I would absolutely buy another car from Caruso and have already sent co-workers their way.
Ok service and prompt to assist when i come in. Would recommend if you need them. Service dept needs help answering the phones, which is frustrating. I'm waiting for an update on service since Friday afternoon and can't manage to reach anyone there since then, 3 days ago. I would recommend them if there's nowhere else to go I suppose.
I used to deal with anyone that would answer the phone. Now I only deal with the Service Manager and Cristine Rico in Fleet. Or Cassandra in the service cashier area. The Service area has gone through quite a few changes in the last 3 years. (We have a 2019 Lincoln)

The two service advisors (George and Anthony) who worked with me wore masks. However, there were three other service advisors who did not wear masks inside the service area offices - this is deplorable!
